EDUCATION CHANGES THE WORLD
Our mission is to mobilize young athletes to help kids in poverty get to school.
Right now, about a billion kids worldwide are living in poverty — and millions of them can't access education. A basic education is one of the most powerful tools we can give a child to break that cycle and build a future. We believe every kid deserves the chance to go to school, and we're on a mission to make that happen — one student-led fundraiser at a time.
Right now, we're focused on Kenya, where our impact is direct and measurable.
HOPE worldwide Kenya
When JamQuest started in 2008, we partnered with HOPE worldwide Kenya. Since then, we have developed an amazing partnership. They identify bright and needy children who do not have the ability to pay for school. Many of these students come from single parent households or situations that have made it challenging to come up with school fees.
HOPEww Kenya finds these students and JamQuest gives them the funds. They have several mentorship events every year, and have annual progress supports of how they are doing in school.
